Last week I turned 32 and I just wanted to share 32 things I have learned in 32 years đŸ«¶đŸ»

  1. Not everyone will like you 
  2. It’s okay to make the hard choices 
  3. You will find more fake friends than real ones
  4. You are more than your body 
  5. Your weight does not determine your worth 
  6. You will fall in and out of habits 
  7. Change is mostly a good thing 
  8. Meditation will change your life 
  9. It’s never too late to try something new 
  10. Health is everything 
  11. Those who want to be in your life will be 
  12. It’s okay to be alone 
  13. Boundaries are incredibly important 
  14. Rest is important 
  15. Self care is essential 
  16. The grass is not always greener 
  17. Don’t take things personally 
  18. “No” is a complete sentence 
  19. Nobody cares about you as much as you think they do 
  20. You have to respect yourself 
  21. Always be kind 
  22. Safe is not always boring 
  23. Therapy is important 
  24. Getting out of your comfort zone is good 
  25. Save your money but don’t miss out on huge events because you’re too scared to spend it 
  26. Everyone is on their own timeline 
  27. Happiness is a choice (for the most part) 
  28. Those friends who leave you will teach you a lesson 
  29. Spend time on those that spend time on you 
  30. Invest in yourself first 
  31. Being more flexible will ease your anxiety 
  32. Find hobbies that excite you, everyone needs them
